利用規約Terms of Service

オキヨ / Okiyo（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくにあたっての利用規約です。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service govern your use of Okiyo, a social alarm app for waking up with friends, partners, or teams. By using Okiyo, you agree to these terms.

利用規約

  1. サービスの概要

    本アプリは、友達・恋人・仲間と同じ時間に起きるためのソーシャルアラームです。全員が「起きた」を押すまで起床待ちになりますが、各ユーザーの端末は設定した安全停止時間で必ず停止します。

  2. 安全停止とアラームの制約

    本アプリは「起きるまで絶対に止まらない」サービスではありません。安全停止・緊急停止はいつでも利用でき、これらは起床成功には含まれません。通知音はOS、端末設定、サイレント/集中モードなどの影響を受ける場合があります。

  3. 対象年齢

    本アプリは13歳以上を対象とします。未成年の方は保護者の同意を得てご利用ください。

  4. 禁止事項

    嫌がらせ、なりすまし、スパム、他者の権利侵害、法令違反などを禁止します。違反者はブロック・通報の対象となり、利用を停止する場合があります。

  5. 課金（Okiyo Pro）

    Okiyo Pro は任意の自動更新サブスクリプションです。無料でも基本機能は使い続けられます。価格、無料トライアルの有無、更新条件は購入画面と各ストアの表示が優先されます。解約は各ストアの購読管理から行えます。

  6. 免責事項

    本アプリは起床、遅刻防止、通知到達を保証するものではありません。寝坊、遅刻、予定の不履行、端末設定や通信状況による損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

    support@okiyo.app までご連絡ください。本規約は予告なく改定される場合があります。

Terms of Service

  1. Service overview

    Okiyo helps people create shared morning wake pacts. Members can see who has marked themselves as awake, while each device still has a safety stop so alarms do not run forever.

  2. Safety stop and alarm limits

    Okiyo is not an unstoppable alarm. Safety stop and emergency stop controls are always available and do not count as successful wake-ups. Notification sounds may be limited by the operating system, device settings, Silent mode, Focus mode, battery settings, or network conditions.

  3. Age requirement

    Okiyo is intended for users aged 13 and older. Minors should use the app with permission from a parent or guardian.

  4. Prohibited conduct

    Harassment, impersonation, spam, rights infringement, unlawful activity, and attempts to abuse groups or notifications are prohibited. We may block, remove, or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

  5. Payments (Okiyo Pro)

    Okiyo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Core participation, invites, and basic alarms remain available for free. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown in the purchase screen and the relevant app store. You can cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

  6. Disclaimer

    Okiyo does not guarantee that you will wake up, avoid being late, or receive every notification. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for missed alarms, lateness, device settings, connectivity issues, or related losses.
